The 35E Recycler™ is production-aligned with the typical flow of Sponge Media through a single Feed Unit™. Highly portable and electrically powered, this mid-sized recycler provides an ideal balance between process speed, separation efficiency, and ease of transport. Its compact design allows quick relocation across job sites without compromising performance.
Designed with user convenience in mind, the 35E Recycler™ features a robust clamp system for fast screen inspection and cleaning, along with an oversized hopper that ensures smooth media flow. Electrical operation allows all compressed air to be dedicated to the blasting nozzle, improving overall system efficiency. An optional lifting frame enables safe handling using overhead cranes.
The 35E Recycler™ is built for reliability and long-term performance, featuring industry-standard components and standardized parts for easy maintenance. The integrated four-wheel mobility system with wheel locks ensures smooth transportation, while thermal motor protection and overload-protected power switches enhance operational safety.
The system separates used media into three distinct streams – oversized waste, reusable Sponge Media, and fine waste – ensuring maximum recovery efficiency.
By enabling Sponge Media reuse 6 to 15 times, the 35E Recycler™ can reduce abrasive consumption, handling, freight, cleanup, and disposal costs by up to 95%.
